Spring has not arrived yet and if you’re finding yourself in a late winter outfit slump, I hope these five winter workwear outfit ideas can help. I work from home, so no office attire required, but— I used to work a corporate job and so I get it. Even without going to work in an office, I like and have worn these outfits in my daily life.

1.) Blazer + Pants + Boots

Blazer (similar) // Tee (similar) // Pants (tts, but I sized up to wear them lower for more length) // Bag // Boots (same without studs) (code: MICHELLE10 for 10% off your first order)
The first outfit is incredibly comfy and looks super chic. These pants are a dream and I’ve been wearing them on a weekly basis for months. I have three colors and I love how versatile they are. This goes to show how easily they can be dressed up. I am wearing a t-shirt in this outfit. If you can’t wear that I would swap to a fitted, crewneck sweater.
2.) Cropped Jacket + Cardigan + Skirt + Knee-High Boots

Jacket // Top // Skirt // Bag // Boots
This outfit feels really modern and feminine. If you live somewhere super cold I would add sheer black tights. I like the layers and the proportions in this look.
3.) Sweater + Trousers + Boots

Sweater (old from Sézane – similar) // Trousers (code: MICHELLET15 for 15% off, size down if between sizes)// Bag & Charm // Boots
A classic workwear combo that never fails. This outfit looks elevated, is nice and warm, and is very comfortable. I personally love this retro-feeling color combo— a bright poppy red with tan and dark brown.
4.) Blazer + Oversized Sweater + Leggings + Knee-High Boots

Blazer // Sweater // Bag // Leggings // Boots
I personally only wear leggings for working out, until I put together this outfit. I think they work well with an oversized sweater and blazer, and knee high boots. It feels a bit equestrian and I’m not mad about it.
5.) Turtleneck + Trousers + Boots

Turtleneck // Bag // Pants // Boots
A fitted turtleneck is such a great choice to wear in winter. It is comfy, looks elevated, and keeps you warm. Pairing it up with trousers and finishing the look with chic accessories makes for the perfect workwear look.
